



Tribolium uniolae
Meaning of name:
Tribolium is from the Latin word tribolus, meaning a spiny plant. Uniolae means resembling the genus Uniola.
Distribution:
Occurs in near-coastal parts of the southwest of Western Australia. Also occurs in near-coastal parts of south eastern Australia.
Description:
A perennial to 60 centimetres tall. The flowers are produced in spring and summer.
Notes:
This species is originally from South Africa.
