Common name: Matted Triggerplant
Meaning of name:
Stylidium is from the Latin word stylus, meaning style, and the diminutive –idium. Repens is a Latin word meaning crawling. Botanically it means prostrate and rooting.
Distribution:
Occurs in the southwest of Western Australia.
Description:
A prostrate perennial herb. The white to pink flowers are produced throughout most of the year.
