Distribution:
Mainly reported from the southern parts of Australia.
Description:
This slater grows to approximately 18 millimetres long.
Notes:
It is native to Europe but has been introduced to much of the world through the movement of plant material. Slaters mainly feed on decaying plant matter and need a humid environment to survive.
We have photographed this species in November.
