Distribution:

This species has been mainly reported from southern areas of Australia.

Description:

This caterpillar is approximately 30 millimetres long. The moth has a wing length (nose to wing tip) of approximately 20 millimetres.

Notes:

We have photographed this caterpillar in September and October. We have also photographed the adult moth in October.
