Distribution:
Occurs throughout mainland Australia and north-eastern Tasmania.
Description:
This butterfly has a wingspan of 17 millimetres.
Notes:
Occurs in a wide variety of habitats. The caterpillars are known to feed on flower buds and flowers of Acacia species.
We have photographed this butterfly in October.
