




Isotropis cuneifolia
Common name: Granny Bonnets
Meaning of name:
Isotropis is from the Greek words isos, meaning equal, and tropis, meaning keel. Cuneifolia is from the Latin words cuneus, meaning wedge, and folium, meaning leaf.
Distribution:
Occurs in the south west of Western Australia.
Description:
A shrub to 30 centimetres tall. The yellow and red flowers are produced from August to October.
