



Erodium botrys
Common name: Long Storksbill
Erodium is from the Greek word erodius, meaning heron. Botrys is a Greek word meaning a bunch of grapes.
Reported from much of southern Australia.
An annual herb with sprawling stems to 40 centimetres long. The blue to purple flowers are produced from August to September.
This species is originally from the Mediterranean.
