




Daviesia nudiflora
Meaning of name:
Daviesia honours Hugh Davies (1739 – 1821), a Welsh botanist. Nudiflora is from the Latin words, nudus, meaning naked, and flos or floris, meaning flower.
Distribution:
Occurs in the south west of Western Australia.
Description:
A shrub to 1 metre tall with yellow, orange and red flowers produced from July to August.
