Acacia stenoptera

Common name: Narrow Winged Wattle

Meaning of name:

Acacia is from the Greek word acis, meaning a pointed instrument. Stenoptera is from the Greek words stenos, meaning narrow, and pteron, meaning wing.

Distribution:

Occurs from Geraldton to Ongerup.

Description:

A plant to 1 metre tall. The cream flowers are produced for much of the year but particularly May to September.
