



Conostylis festucacea
Conostylis is from the Greek words conos, meaning cone, and stylos, meaning column, botanically, the style. Festucacea refers to the genus Festuca plus the Latin suffix aceus, meaning resembling.
Occus in Banksia woodland from Watheroo to Perth.
A tufted plant to 40 centimetres tall. The yellow flowers are produced from September to November.
