Meaning of name:
Unknown.
Distribution:
Reported from the south west of Western Australia and the east coast.
Description:
The adults are 4 millimetres to 8 millimetres in length. The background colour is orange with 18 circular black markings.
The larvae are approximately 8 millimetres in length and have two orange bands on the body.
Notes:
We have seen this ladybird in October.
