




Geranium dissectum
Common name: Cutleaf Cranesbill
Geranium comes from the Greek word geranos, meaning crane. This name was given due to the fruit resembling the head and bill of a crane. Dissectum is from the Latin word dissectus, meaning cut up or deeply divided.
This plant has been reported from southern areas of Australia.
An annual herb up to 45 centimetres tall with pink flowers produced from October to November.
This plant is originally from Europe.
