




Fumaria muralis
Common name: Wall Fumitory
Fumaria is Latin and said to refer to the smoky smell of some species and/or to the fact that the juice, like smoke, brings tears to the eyes. Muralis is Latin meaning pertaining to walls or growing on walls.
Found in the south west of Western Australia and south eastern Australia.
A sub-erect or climbing herb. The flowers are pink with blackish red tips and produced from July to February.
This species is originally from Europe.
