Common name: Shivery Grass
Briza is Greek for rye-grass. Minor is Latin for smaller.
Occurs across southern parts of Australia.
A tufted annual to 50 centimetres tall. Flowers are produced from September to November.
This species is originally from the Mediterranean region.
