Meaning of name: The meaning of Nyssus is unknown. Coloripes means coloured legs.
Distribution: Found across Australia.
Remarks: Females have a body length up to 10 millimetres, males to 6 millimetres.
This spider has been photographed in February and October.
This species was previously known as Supunna picta.
