Lyginia barbata
Meaning of name: Lyginia is from the Greek word lyginos, meaning of willow or withy. Barbata is from the Latin word barbatus, meaning bearded.
Distribution: Occurs from Murchison River to Israelite Bay.
Remarks: A perennial herb to 70 centimetres tall. Flowers are produced from August to February.
