Polichne parvicauda

Meaning of name: Unknown.

Distribution: Found throughout Australia in grassy habitats.

Remarks: This katydid had a body length of approximately 20 millimetres. This individual is not yet adult. Adults have wings much longer than their body.

It was photographed in December.
