Eremaea pauciflora

Meaning of name: Eremaea is from the Greek word eremaios, a poetic word for solitary. It refers to the flowers being terminal on shoots. Pauciflora is from the Latin words paucus, meaning few or little, and flos or floris, meaning flower.

Distribution: Occurs from Badgingarra to Ludlow and inland to Coolgardie.

Remarks: A shrub to 1.5 metres tall. The orange flowers are produced from September to December.
