Distribution: This beetle occurs over most of the southwest of Western Australia, southern South Australia and far western Victoria.
Remarks: This beetle is approximately 10 millimetres long and feeding on the flowers of Astartea scoparia.
The beetle has been seen in December and January on Astartea scoparia.
Associations: It is possible that Astartea scoparia is the host of the beetle larvae.
