The Friends of Queens Park Bushland (FQPB) is a community group of volunteers.

Our aim is to help the community connect with nature through protecting, regenerating and revegetating the bushland where the suburbs of Queens Park, East Cannington and Welshpool intersect.

Meaning of name: Unknown.

Distribution: This moth has been found across the southern parts of Australia.

Remarks: This moth has a wing length (nose to wing tip) of approximately 3 centimetres. We have photographed the moth in April and the caterpillar in July and August.
